your first visit

Your first visit will vary pending if you require a specific or complete periodontal examination. X-ray(s) and impressions could be requested if deemed valuable in helping with periodontal diagnosis/treatment planning.

The initial visit also involves getting your medical history. When you share your medical history, be sure to provide complete, up-to-date information on your health. Inform Dr. Fisher if you have experienced recent hospitalization or surgery, or if you have recently been ill. Also tell us the names, doses, and frequency of any medications you are taking whether prescription or over-the-counter products and the name of your physician. Inform Dr. Fisher of any changes in your health or medications. This information will help Dr. Fisher select the safest and most effective method of treatment for you.

financial info

The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs. Please note that we are a non-assignment office, and therefore we do not direct bill your insurance company. Hence, payment for your dental treatment is due in full on the day it is provided.

Our staff will be happy to submit any claims or pre-authorizations to your insurance on your behalf. Please be advised that your insurance company will contact you directly to inform you of your eligibility and for any possible reimbursements.
